DLA+ is working with Oxford Development to design an old warehouse in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. The building, named Factory 26, will be a mix of commercial space and tech-flex space for things such as R&D, light manufacturing, or tech showrooms. The speculative office building is being designed for four separate tenants. Construction is set to begin in the new year.
